Cilantro
Grapefruit
your choice: spinach, pak choi, arugula or stir-fry mix

Recipe suggestions:
Tart green salad with Avocado dressing_
Arugula, grapefruit and toasted coconut salad
Cinnamon Sugar Radishes

I am happy to see that a lot of plants have born growing in your farm. This means that you have a golden hands when it comes to gardening and farming so you need to stick with it. Only chosen people are given the chance to have such talent on planting and you need to be thankful because you get the chance to experience that. By the way, I don't eat cilantro, but I am willing to learn how to plant it so I could know! Huge thanks for this update.

Nature Hills

Nature Hills Farm is located in Southern Utah.

We are a CSA-community supported agriculture, Raw milk cheese makers, learning center and market farmers.

We have cows, goats, pot belly pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, rabbits, alpacas, a horse, an emu, dogs and cats. We make cheese from our raw milk, gather fresh eggs daily, love to garden, grow and preserve as much of our food as we can.

We have been taking the kids to the local Farmer's Market for several years to sell our eggs, homemade cheese, and extra produce.

We have learned so much along the way and become more self-sufficient we just had to share with others. We teach cheese-making classes, gardening and food workshops.

We are food farmers!

Everything we do centers around food. We have several events each year with delicious food including Sunday morning brunch, Farm dinners and private farm events and retreats.

Everything we do is organic and a natural as it gets! We support local CSA's and started our own summer 2012.

We look forward to sharing with you as you share your knowledge with us.
