CSA MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
The following agreement must be read and signed before becoming a member of Nature Hills Farm CSA.
NATURE HILLS COMMITMENT TO MEMBERS
Nature Hills Farm agrees to provide its members with produce and other farm products on a weekly basis for a number of weeks determined by the season the agreement is entered in.
A CSA is a group of individuals who pledge support to a farm or operation and in return receive locally produced products that are seasonally appropriate as well as satisfaction of participating directly in supporting their local farms.
We agree to provide quality products to our members, produce is grown in a pesticide, chemical-free, and non-gmo environment, animal products produced on the farm are fed an appropriate diet for their species and the season that doesn't include GMO corn or sprayed hay. We produce the majority of the products we sell, other products that we obtain for other farmer's will be disclosed with their growing practices.
Nature Hills Farm works very hard to provide you with the same quality food that we feed our own family, we have obtained necessary licenses to work with-in the law of both the local and federal governments. There have been many obstacles in doing this, but we are willing to work hard for our loyal customers. We know that you will taste the difference in our food versus food you can get at any large box store and hope that you will continue to support us through your patronage and spreading the word.

WEEKLY PICK-UP DETAILS AND INFORMATION
Members agree to pick up baskets on a weekly basis at the designated place they choose. Baskets that are not picked up may be donated as determined by Nature Hills Farm. Prior arrangements may be made for a friend to pick-up baskets or to skip a week, but there is not extension of the season if a week is missed. Duck Creek pickup will be determined and members are responsible for picking up at the agreed upon time at that location. The quality of the produce begins to decrease after it is picked, so we recommend picking up quickly to ensure the best quality!
Each week the member will be prepared with their basket or bag to pick up their share, egg cartons, milk jars and other containers used to distribute products with be return or exchanged out.
