The Mulefoot is an American hog breed that is named for its most distinctive feature, the solid, non-cloven hoof which looks like the hoof of a mule. This characteristic will occasionally occur as a single gene mutation, producing occasional “mulefooted” pigs within a variety of other breeds. In contrast, the Mulefoot breed is consistent in appearance and behavior, with qualities that have made it valuable in American history and a conservation priority today.
These are happy pigs that spend their days outside in the sunshine and fresh air, with plenty of clean grass and space to root. They receive no antibiotics or growth hormones. Their diet is made up of grass, alfalfa hay, left over produce, and whey from our raw cow milk. These pigs have been treated humanely and are clean and healthy; they are butchered in a clean and certified small scale operation and certified for resale.
Price is $4.50 lb*. on the hang weight, for cut and wrapped pork, you pick the cuts you like and whether you want it cured or fresh.
Half pork is approx.75-80lb. on the hang weight for a cost of $300-360 with about 50-60 lb. of meat.

Our beef is grass-fed in pasture or on Cedar Mountain they are not finished off with any GMO-corn or other grains. They receive only mandatory vaccinations and no antibiotics or hormones. You will only receive the nice tender cuts of steak, roasts and extra lean ground beef. (to customize cuts request price quote.) This is a huge discount from our price per piece meat.
This beef is more nutritious and delicious that anything purchased in the grocery store. We look forward to eating this beef and treat even the burger like it is steak!
**Depending on the beef, it will usually grade out choice or select for those interested. If you are wanting a grain-fed prime beef please inquire about pricing.

Price is based on hang weight, a quarter beef will vary between 100-150 hang weight yielding 60-75 lbs of meat cut and wrapped.
Half Beef-Deposit $500-$5.25 lb.* (approx cost $1050-1575)
Price is based on hang weight, a quarter beef will vary between 200-300 hang weight yielding 120-150 lbs of meat cut and wrapped.
