Farm Tours
We are a working farm and are not always available to stop what we are doing in order to take you around the farm. We do however want everyone to see what we do and how we do it, so we do have a few options for you to see and enjoy the farm.
Please park on the property down in front of the house by the Farm Store.
Self-guided farm tour
We have it set up so that you can visit the farm any time you would like through our self-guided farm tour.
$4 Per Person-Other Donations Accepted
Groups of 20 or more please contact me before hand just for the heads up. I will have warm cookies and such in the farm store if I know you are coming!!
Farm Tour Guidelines:
DIXIE THE FARM DOG LOVES PEOPLE!! But please be careful around her and watch toddlers around her, she doesn't like it when young kids pull her face hair or any of her hair and might snap at you. She takes time to greet everyone that comes to visit the farm, and we love having her greet you. When she is done visiting, she will usually go off on her own. If you continue to attempt contact with her when she is done greeting you, she may snap at you to tell you she's had enough. Please respect her boundaries and only pet her when she is giving you permission. Thank you
#1 Use the Map provide and return at end of tour
#2 If a gate or door is shut, make sure it stays that way
#3 All animals can have treats provided for sale in the Farm Store or candy machine
#4 Take Lots of Pictures and tag us @naturehillsfarm
#5 Play games, have fun and enjoy the outside
#6 Leave things how you found them
#7 Outhouses (Porto Potties) are available for use
#8 This is a working farm, we might be around, but may not have time to stop to talk, you are welcome to observe us while we work, but don't feel bad if we keep working!!
Personal Farm Tour
$50-Up to 8 people
Want to have one of the Carter's give you an in-person Farm tour? This can be scheduled and will usually last 30-40 minutes. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch and hang out on the property after the tour.
Field trips and other school programs (the cost for schools is at least $3 per person), birthday parties, private dinners and weddings can be scheduled with
