This class continues where we left off with the beginning cheese making course. We will cover 3 additional soft cheeses queso blanco, cottage cheese and paneer. During this class, we will make the cheese, but also talk about seasoning and adding different herbs to soft cheeses. As always there will be cheese tasting, so bring your favorite wine!
