For the first time ever, I am finally teaching an "Advanced Cheese Making Course". In this course, we will make an Asiago cheese from start to finish. We will go through all the steps to get this cheese to the final step of pressing before it enters the cheese cave. We will tour the farm, my cheese cave and milking parlor.
