Fall Artisan Bread Share 2015
Nature Hills Farm has been making their own bread for years! We make a variety of flavors from different flours. Some breads are made from an Artisan flour and some a whole wheat that we grind ourselves from an organic wheat. These are truly artisan and the flavors of the week are inspired by what is in season and just what sounds good that week! Some of our customer favorites are garlic rosemary, sun dried tomato basil with pine nuts, kalamata olive, and whole wheat with a seed mix. We use an old technique to get our 2 pound loaves crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The dough is aged from 2 hours up to several days, but is not a sourdough. This share includes one loaf per week.
