Participants also plant their very own take home container herb garden, that they can grow in their own kitchen window!

Art of Sourdough Bread-January 30, 2021 4-7pm
Course Description: In this course, we will cover how to make your own sourdough start. You’ll learn how to feed a start and maintain it throughout different stages. We will also go through the entire process of making sourdough bread from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to get your hands on the dough and see what it feels like when it is ready to bake. I will provide you with a sourdough start to take home, and recipes to begin your journey into the sourdough world!

Kombucha-February 25th-6-7:30 pm
Course will cover how to make Kombucha, second ferments, using green vs black tea, adding flavors, and a tasting of several flavors. This course will demonstrate the entire process of making Kombucha plus give you the opportunity to taste several flavors of our kombucha. Kombucha kit and scoby available for purchase at class.
