This class will cover basics in starting plants, which plants to plant for Spring and Summer and when to plant. Information on raised bed, hoop houses and covering plants will also be included in course. This course will also include organics, what we do on the farm, what you can do at home and why it is important to grow and eat organically. We will also spend the majority of the time preparing a culinary herb garden for you to take home with you.
