Art of cheese making-Soft cheese edition. March 11 2021 4-7 pm
This course covers basic cheese making skills of three cheeses including, mozzarella, ricotta, and cream cheese. Each cheese will be demonstrated from start to finish so you can see, smell and then taste the final product. This course also includes a cheese tasting of Nature Hills Farm aged cheeses, information packet.This 3-hour course has gotten great reviews from participants and is a great way to get into home cheese making!
