Late Summer is when we see the most abundance from all our crops! Baskets will include all summer crops such as beans, peas, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, basil, onions, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, summer squash, winter squash, swiss chard and move into Fall crops of potates, winter squash and greens all over again. The summer share is very much ruled by the natural flow of our Utah growing season peaking with the heaviest harvest month in September then backing down again as we move into October.
Share quantities will vary each week, but you can plan on 7-11 different varieties of vegetables and usually 1-5 varieties of fruit. This is the largest basket of the season and costs a bit more than earlier baskets but for large families consider two shares. EBT is accepted
